WASHINGTON, April 20 (Reuters) – U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen explained to her counterpart from Indonesia that there will be no “enterprise-as-normal” for Russia in the international economy presented its invasion of Ukraine, the Treasury Section reported in a statement on Wednesday.
